Founder's note

I founded DEVSFLOW because most mobile work is harder than agencies admit.

I've been writing Android since 2017. Before DEVSFLOW, I shipped mobile code at IBM, Mission.dev, and Trackforce, where I watched the same pattern over and over: companies hire an agency to build a mobile app, the app ships, and then nobody is around when production breaks. The hardest mobile work happens in the year after launch. Most agencies are gone by then.

I moved to Canada in 2022 and spent the next three years embedded in Canadian mobile teams as a senior engineer. I founded DEVSFLOW in September 2025 because I wanted to build the studio I wished those teams could have hired. Native-first. Honest about timelines. Around for the year after launch, not just the launch itself.

Mobile is all we sell. We don't do CRM consulting, we don't pivot into AI consulting when AI is hot, we don't take on web projects to fill the quarter. Every engineer on the team ships mobile code daily.

But we do use AI. Our engineers use agentic coding tools and AI-powered workflows to ship roughly 10x faster than the same team would have shipped two years ago. AI is our productivity multiplier, not a service we sell. The focus stays mobile. The output gets faster.

We work with clients who treat mobile as a core part of their business, not a side bet. Trackforce, CLEIO, Kaira, RE-AK. Real production apps used by 2 million+ people every day, across security guard operations, healthtech, fintech, and banking.

If you're a CTO inheriting a mobile codebase, a founder trying to ship an app the right way, or an engineering lead who needs a senior mobile hire by next sprint, that's the work we do.

The team

Seven people. All senior. All shipping mobile.

Real engineers, named, with real LinkedIn profiles. No black-box "team of experts." If you work with DEVSFLOW, you work with these specific people.

Where we work

Canadian-based, working with clients in Canada and the US.

Toronto

Our home base. Five of seven team members work from Toronto. We meet in person regularly and host clients here when it makes sense.

Same time zone as: Eastern US, Quebec, most Canadian financial and healthcare clients.

Calgary & remote

Two team members are based in Calgary and work remote. We've built the team to work mostly async, which means we sync with clients in PT and MT without dropping coverage.

Working hours overlap: 9am to 6pm Eastern, with availability in Mountain and Pacific by arrangement.
